CAR BODY POLISHING

Over time, the car paintwork (LKP) and other parts of the body lose their original appearance: they fade, become cloudy and become dull. Car body polishing is a great solution to restore the original look of your car. Depending on the type of damage to the paintwork, our masters will choose the type of polishing required. Abrasive polishing of the car will remove holograms, remove scratches and chips, and protective non-abrasive polishing of the body will protect the paintwork from the negative effects of the environment and add color depth. A hydrophobic effect will also appear, thanks to which the car will become less prone to pollution and the need for car washing will be reduced significantly.

Q&A on car polishing

How many times can the body be polished?

If we are talking about abrasive polishing of the body – no more than 3 times. If we are talking about soft polishing, then a slight layer of varnish is removed.

Is it worth it to cover the body with a protective compound after polishing it?
Definitely worth it. Ceramic protective coatings will keep the body in an unchanged state for more than 2 years.
How long does a body polishing take?
In most cases, it will take 1 day to polish the body. In some cases, when the condition of the paintwork leaves much to be desired, it will take 2 days. If the car is additionally covered with a protective ceramic composition, this procedure will require an additional 1 additional day.
Will all scratches go away after polishing?
Some of the deep scratches will remain, but they will become invisible. This is done deliberately in order to preserve the car’s paintwork.
